Sinocalycalycanthus Hartlage Wine 3L This gorgeous rare shrub has glossy green foliage and carries delicately scented semi-double flowers up to 7.5cm across, from May right through to September. The flowers are a rich wine colour with a cluster of cream, central petals around a deep burgundy centre. In autumn, the leaves turn butter-yellow before falling. It thrives in any good, moist but well drained soil in full sun to light, dappled shade. It requires protection in winter from very cold winds.
