Internet Explorer Browser problems
If you are experiencing problems with items not appearing in your shopping basket on www.hillieronline.co.uk, the following two steps will normally provide the solution.
Assuming you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options, and select the Privacy tab:
1) Ensure the ‘Settings for the Internet’ are set to ‘medium’.
2) Click on the ‘Sites’ button, you should see this window appear:
Enter ‘www.hillieronline.co.uk’ into the ‘Address of website’ box, as above, and click on ‘allow’.
That should fix the issue for you - these instructions are for Internet Explorer version 8, if you have a different version the windows may look slightly different, but the principal is the same.
